Unenroll Member from eStatements
These steps explain how to unenroll a member from eStatements.

Launch Tool #14 Member Personal Banker.

On the Member Personal Banker pop-up, enter the member's account number.

Click the forward arrow.

You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Reminders pop-up.

Check the eStatements (enroll or change enrollment status) box.

Click the forward arrow.

From the eStatement option drop-down menu on the eStatement Member Enrollment screen, select Unenroll from eStatements.

Click the forward arrow.
