Update Default PIB Settings
These steps explain how to ensure that the PIB settings for members who have accepted your credit union's default settings match the most up-to-date default settings (in cases where you have made a recent update to your credit union's default PIB settings.)
-
This update will NOT affect any members whose profile was adjusted manually, either by the member using the PIB online tool or by a credit union employee using CU*BASE. These members can change their settings themselves in their PIB account or you can change them for a member using Tool #14 Member Personal Banker.
-
To perform a Query for a list of these members, use file PIBMBRCFG and Query field PIBUSCUDEF for an N value - no longer have the default. A 'Y' value in this field indicates the member has accepted the default and blank indicates that the member has not accepted any PIB profile.
-
Launch Tool #378 Flood PIB Default Profile Changes.
-
In the PIB Credit Union Default Profile Mass Update Options pop-up, select one of three options:
-
Both, Print Audit and Perform Mass Update
-
Print Audit Report. Compare Members Default with CU Default.
-
This report will show you how members' PIB settings differ from your current default settings for those members who have accepted your credit union's default PIB settings as their own (in cases where you have updated your credit union's default PIB settings and so members' default settings no longer match your credit union's).
-
-
Perform a Mass Update to ALL members Currently Using CU Default
-
This will ensure that the PIB settings for members who have accepted your credit union's default settings match the most up-to-date default settings (in cases where you have made a recent update to your credit union's default PIB settings).
