Update Household Information While Opening a Membership
These steps explain how to adjust information in the household database during the new membership opening process.
1. First complete the steps for Opening a Membership.
2. Once you are returned to the initial Membership Services window, click the Update membership info option.
3. Enter the account base for the membership you just opened.
4. Click the forward arrow.
5. On the Membership Services screen, click the Household checkbox.
6. Click the forward arrow.
7. On the Household Members screen, select the household member you would like to update.
8. Click Change.
9. Click the appropriate button (Employers/Income, References, etc.), then make the needed updates.
10. When you are finished click Save/Done.
