View ACH Distribution Status

These steps explain how to see if a member has an ACH distribution record.

  1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon on your home screen.

  2. Enter the member's account number.  

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. If there is a 'Y' in the ACH column, then the member has an ACH distribution for that sub-account. If there is a 'P' in the ACH column, then the member has a pending ACH (received but not posted).

  5. If you would like to view additional information regarding the member's ACH distributions, select the lookup icon in the ACH column to access the ACH Distribution Maintenance screen for the member.
