View ATM/Debit Card Activity

These steps explain how to view activity on a member's ATM/debit card.

• In addition to the Inquiry option referenced below, Tool #156 ATM/Debit Cards & Activity Inquiry can also be used to view activity on an ATM/debit card.  

• After you follow the steps below, you will be able to view card activity on the ATM/Debit Card Inquiry screen.

1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your home screen.

2. Enter the member's account number.

3. Click the forward arrow.

   • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

4. Click OTB/Cards.

5. Click the lookup button next to ATM cards or Debit cards on the Cards/OTB Product Inquiry screen.

6. Select the card on which you'd like to view activity on the Member Plastics/OTB Products screen.

7. Click View.
