View Average Daily Balance

These steps explain how to view a single sub-account's average daily balance for up to a 180-day period.

1. Launch Phone Operator by clicking the phone icon at the top of your CU*BASE home screen.

2. Enter the account number.

3. Click the forward arrow.

   • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up and other pop-ups that may appear.

4. Select the sub-account for which you would like to view the average daily balance.

5. Click Average.

6. In the # of days entered field on the Average Daily Balance Inquiry pop-up, enter the number of days for which you would like to view the average daily balance.

   • The default is 60, but you may enter any number from 1-180. 

7. Click the forward arrow.
