View Credit Report for Any Open Loan
These steps explain how to view a credit report in CU*Spy.

After you follow the steps below, a browser window will open up to CU*Spy and display the archived copy of the report used to approve the loan.

The availability of credit reports is based on your credit union configuration.

Special permissions may be required.

Launch Phone Operator by clicking the phone icon on your home screen.

Enter the account number in the Account base field.

Click the forward arrow.

You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

Select the loan from the list of accounts.

Click Inquiry.

Click the lookup button beside Delinquent.

Click View Credit File.
