View Date Loan Opened
These steps explain how to find out when a loan was opened.

After following the steps below, you will see the date the loan was opened in the Date opened field at the top of the Member Account Inquiry screen.

Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon on your home screen.

Enter the member's account number.

Click the forward arrow.

You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

Select the loan account.

Click Select.
