View Member Opt In/Opt Out Status

These steps explain how to view a member's opt in/opt out status.

  1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your home screen.

  2. Enter the member's account number.  

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. Click OTB/Cards.

  5. On the Cards/OTB Product Inquiry screen, click Reg E Settings.  

  6. On the Overdraft Service for ATM & Everyday Debit Card Transactions screen, the member's opt in/opt out status will appear at the top of the screen.

    • The status of individual sub-accounts will appear at the bottom of the screen.
