View Member Reach Invalid Email Addresses
These steps explain how to generate a report showing you which members did not receive Member Reach messages due to having an invalid email address.

Click the Time-Out (pause) button on the bottom of any screen.

Select CU*Spy daily reports.

CU*Spy will open in a browser window.

Select the Misc tab in CU*Spy.

Enter 'PCMMSG' in the Report Name field.

Enter the keyword 'Exception - Bad' in the Search For field.

Enter the desired dates in the date fields.

Click Search.
