View Member Reach Invalid Email Addresses

These steps explain how to generate a report showing you which members did not receive Member Reach messages due to having an invalid email address.

  1. Click the Time-Out (pause) button on the bottom of any screen.

  2. Select CU*Spy daily reports.

    • CU*Spy will open in a browser window.

  3. Select the Misc tab in CU*Spy.

  4. Enter 'PCMMSG' in the Report Name field.

  5. Enter the keyword 'Exception - Bad' in the Search For field.

  6. Enter the desired dates in the date fields.

  7. Click Search.
