View Self-Service Statistics

These steps explain how to view usage statistics for online, mobile, text, and audio response banking.

1. Launch Tool #141 ARU/Online Banking Stats Dashboard.

2. Select the months/year for which you would like to view statistics in the summary stats pop-up.

3. Click the forward arrow.

   • You will then see statistics for online and mobile banking usage.

   • To view statistics for text banking usage, click the Text Banking button.

   • To view statistics for audio response usage, click the Audio Response button.
