View Transaction History via Inquiry

These steps explain how to view a member's transaction history via Inquiry.

  • Access via these routes provides a secondary transaction description that when fees are charged lists the available balance at the time of the transaction.

  1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your home screen.

  2. Enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. Select the desired sub-account from the list.

  5. Click Select.

  6. In the Transaction inquiry date field on the Member Account Inquiry screen, enter the date from which you'd like to view transactions.

    • For example, if you'd like to view all transactions since January 1, 2015, you would enter 010115.

  7. Click the forward arrow.

  8. On the Transaction Inquiry screen, you can view the transaction history for the account.

    • You can view a transaction receipt by selecting the transaction and clicking Retrieve e-Receipt.
