View Transaction History via Phone Operator
These steps explain how to view a member's transaction history via Phone Operator.

Access via these routes provides a secondary transaction description that when fees are charged lists the available balance at the time of the transaction.

Launch Phone Operator by clicking the phone icon on your home screen.

Enter the member's account number.

Click the forward arrow.

You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

Select the desired sub-account from the list.

Click History.

On the Transaction Inquiry screen, you can view the transaction history for the account.

To view a secondary transaction description, if one exists, select a transaction from the list and click Additional Transaction Information. If this is a fee, this secondary transaction description will include the available balance at the time of the transaction.

To view a transaction receipt, select a transaction from the list and click Retrieve e-Receipt.
