View Uncollected-Funds Holds

These steps explain how to view a member's uncollected-funds holds (such as check holds) as well as a history of the member's previous uncollected-funds holds.

  • On the Uncollected Funds History screen, you can research a hold that may no longer be in place, but which may have affected the balance during a previous transaction.

  1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your home screen.

  2. Enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. Select the desired sub-account from the list.

  5. Click Select.

  6. On the Member Account Inquiry screen, click Uncollected Funds to view current uncollected-funds holds.

  7. On the Uncollected Funds Inquiry screen, click Uncollected Funds Hist to view a history of all uncollected-funds holds.
