View Weekly Summary of Employee Time Card Entries

These steps explain how a manager can view a weekly summary of all employee time card entries.

  • Viewing a weekly summary of time card entries makes it easy to see how hours are being allocated for your staff.

  1. Launch Tool #891 Update Employee Timecard Information.

  2. Click the Weekly View button on the Time Card Maintenance screen.

    • You will then be able to view the current week's time card entries for all employees.

    • To change the week displayed, use the Previous Week and Next Week buttons.
