View Which Branch Is Most Popular

These steps explain how to find out which branch receives the most member traffic.

• This information can help you determine what your most popular branch is doing differently so that you can replicate those same sales and marketing efforts at your less-frequented branches.

1. Launch Tool #977 Where Your Members Branch.

2. You'll see the branches members visited during the previous month on the Shared Branching Inquiry screen.

   • If you'd like to contact (via email or other method) this group of members for marketing purposes, select a branch from the list and then click Member Connect.

   • If you'd like to view activity by weekday, click By Weekday.

     1. Once on this screen, you can break the information down further by clicking Weekends.
