View If Check Cleared

These steps explain how to see if a check written by a member has cleared.

  • After following the steps below, you will see a transaction list. If nothing appears in the transaction list, the check has not cleared. If a transaction appears, it will indicate the date the check cleared.

  • You can also click the Show Only Checks button to view all checks that have cleared the account.

  1. Launch Phone Operator by clicking the phone icon at the top of your CU*BASE home screen.

  2. Enter the member’s account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. Select the sub-account the member used to fund the check.

  5. Click History.

  6. Enter the check number in the Draft # field on the Transaction Inquiry screen.

  7. Click the forward arrow.
