Activate ProDOC Auto Launch

These steps explain how to activate ProDOC Auto Launch.

1. Click the star button in the top right corner of your CU*BASE home page.

2. In the preferences pop-up, check the box that reads 'Launch ProDOC when logging in.'

3. Click the forward arrow.

Notes

After activating ProDOC Auto Launch, you will be automatically logged in to ProDOC when you log in to CU*BASE.

If your credit union has an in-house imaging solution, you will not be able to activate ProDOC auto-launch. However, there are other ways to automate the logging in to ProDOC. Please contact the CU*Answers Imaging Solutions team for assistance with automating the logging in to ProDOC.
