Access this screen by selecting Tool #1345 Switch Products for Non-Earning Checking Accounts.

This tool is intended to assist with moving members to different DIVAPLS when their checking accounts are not earning dividends. This tool automates several processes involved with changing member dividend applications. When using this tool, moving a member to a new dividend application performs the following actions:

  • Dividend application is updated.

  • A file maintenance record is created.

  • The GL accounts are updated accordingly.

  • The GL account update is recorded in the file maintenance.

  • Current member account balance will move GLs accordingly.

To begin, use the filters to identify the dates of dividend activity. You can also filter by specific dividend amount ranges, or dividend applications. After generating the group of members, highlight a member and select Member Inquiry or Move Account to Other Dividend Application.
