Allow audio response

This box must be checked in order to allow your members access to Audio Response.

  • NOTE: You may also control individual member access to audio response using the Member Update ARU/Online Banking Access feature. However, no member can be allowed access unless this flag is also checked to activate audio response “globally” for your credit union.

Activate audio response for new memberships

If checked, whenever a new membership is created, that member will be immediately allowed access to audio response. However, a credit union employee still needs to give the member the temporary PIN to access audio banking.

If unchecked, new members must be granted access manually using the Member Update ARU/Online Banking Access feature.

Available Balance Calculation

This section indicates if CU*BASE excludes the selected values from the calculation of available balance.
