Change Escrow Suffix Attached to Loan

These steps explain how to change the escrow suffix number that is attached to a loan.

• These steps are helpful in cases where a member has multiple escrow accounts, and the escrow account that has been attached to a loan is the wrong escrow suffix and needs to be changed.

1. Launch Tool #20 Update Account Information.

2. Enter the member's account base on the Sub-Account Maintenance pop-up.

3. Click the forward arrow.

4. Choose the escrow account on the Existing Account Maintenance screen.

5. Click Select.

6. Edit the loan suffix listed in the Escrow loan account field on the Account Information Update - Tax Escrow screen.

7. Click the forward arrow.
