Close Next Suggested Product Note

These steps explain how to close a Next Suggested Product note.

  • After you complete the steps below, the Next Suggested Product note will continue to display on the member’s account until you have exited and re-entered the account.

  1. Click the Next Suggested Product note.

    • The note can be found when you access the member's account via Teller Processing or in Phone Operator or Member Inquiry.

  2. On the Cross Sales Tasks screen, click the Need Group/Task combination that is currently displaying.

  3. Click Create Conversation.

  4. On the Member Tracker Entry screen, click the lookup option beside the Memo type field to select an appropriate memo type.

  5. In the text box, enter the reason you're closing the Next Suggested Product note, along with any associated details.

  6. Use the page up/down arrows to navigate to additional pages if you run out of room.

  7. Click Save/Continue.

    • Regarding the box that reads Entry just made requires a follow-up:

    • Leave this box checked and fill out the corresponding details if the conversation you had with the member requires a follow-up action.

  8. Uncheck this box if no further action is needed.

  9. Click the forward arrow.
