Print Loan Application Forms

These steps explain how to print loan application forms after the loan has already been created.

  • If you'd like to print loan application forms during the loan application process, refer to step 9 of this topic: Create Loan Application After Loan Request is Created.

  • After you follow these steps, forms will print as a paper form to a physical printer or as an electronic form to ProDOC, depending on your credit union configuration.

  1. Launch Tool #53 Process Member Applications.

  2. Enter the loan account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

  4. Select PA (View/Print Last Application).

  5. Click Select.

  6. On the Loan Request Recap screen, click Complete Loan App.

  7. On the Loan Application #: Request and Personal screen, click Print.

  8. On the Print Loan Application Forms screen, enter a printer ID.

  9. Select the application type from the drop-down menu.

    • The standard form is a five-page document (applicant comments appear only on the standard form).

    • The short form is a one-page document.

  10. Select the loan officer worksheet from the drop-down menu.

    • Selecting Combine worksheet data (app + co-app) combines the applicants’ information (income, assets and debt) and prints a worksheet with the ratios based on this combined information.

    • Selecting List individually will print separate worksheets for the applicant so that the ratios for each can be viewed independently of one another.

  11. To print custom loan application forms, check the appropriate box in the section at the bottom of the screen labeled Custom Forms - Forms to Print.

  12. Click the forward arrow.
