Print Verification of Deposit Form

These steps explain how to print a verification of deposit form.

1. Click Print Misc Mbr Acct Form on the Average Daily Balance Inquiry pop-up.

   • This pop-up can be accessed using the steps to View Average Daily Balance.

2. Ensure the address is correct on the Form Address Update pop-up.

3. Click Print Form.

4. Select the printer on the Print Misc. Member Account Form pop-up.

5. Click the forward arrow.
