Update Loan Rate

The following steps explain how to update the sale rates for loan products including mortgage, auto, personal, etc.

1. Launch Tool #506 Member Rate Maintenance.

2. Select Loan Rate Update on the rate maintenance pop-up.

3. Locate the loan product that needs to be updated.

   • You may filter the loan product list by loan category or by online banking products.

4. In the New Base Rate column on the Loan Rate Maintenance screen, enter the new rate.

5. Enter the date on which you'd like your new rate to take effect in the Rate Change Date column.

6. Select Save/Done.

7. Select Add/Update on the Rate Change Confirmation pop-up.
