View/Edit Time Card Data for Group of Employees

These steps explain how a manager can view time card data for a group of employees.

  1. Launch Tool #891 Update Employee Timecard Information.

  2. Use the filters in the top right corner of the Time Card Maintenance screen to display a group of certain employees.

    • Use the Branch field to display only those employees from a specific branch.

      1. The branch number comes from the branch vault ID assigned to the employee profile in the Employee Security configuration.

    • Use the Job Category field to display only those employees from a specific department.

      1. The job category comes from a credit union-defined job category code assigned to the employee profile in the Employee Security configuration.

  3. Click the forward arrow to refresh the list of employees so that it displays on the selected group.

  4. Select the employee from the list.

  5. Click Select.

  6. View/edit the employee time card data on the Time Card entry screen.

  7. Click the forward arrow to return to the Time Card Maintenance screen and select another employee from the group.
