Access this screen by selecting "Find Patterns in Tiered Service Changes" on the entry screen.

This dashboard analyzes changes in Tiered Services level for the end of month prior to the month selected.  

From this screen select a Goal using the drop-down menu at the top of the screen.  

Then select a scored items and Select to move to view a listing of the accounts that changed points for that item for the end of month prior to the month selected.  (You may need to scroll down to view all of the items scored.

For example, use this screen to view members in the month selected who began receiving points for eStatements since the member was enrolled in this service.

Show Filters (F17)	Reveals a screen showing the filters used with the dashboard.
