Access this screen by selecting Security Activity Type (F12) on the entry Network Password Reset Dashboard or the Network Password Reset screen and then using Enter.
Select a Security Activity code and use Enter to return to the previous screen with the data filtered for this code.
About Security Activity Selections/Also Known as Reason Codes
Hard coded into the CU*BASE System are several CU*BASE defined codes that inform about the reason for the change of Online Banking, Audio Response and PIB) passwords. Find definitions of each of these security activity codes on the PIN Change Reason Master Maintenance screen. (Credit union defined reasons do not appear on this screen; only System-defined reasons.)
These codes are used by credit union employees in CU*BASE (Member Personal Banker) when they reset a password, by members using Online Banking and Audio Response and by automated processes in Online Banking and Audio Response.
