Introduction to this Screen
This Look to Book dashboard lists application data that fits the entry filters selected on the previous screen broken out by pending, booked and denied. The middle section breaks the data by credit score range. Use this dashboard and the screens that follow to answer these questions:
-
How many loans you are approving, denying and booking in each range?
-
How many days does a loan remains in pending status or do booked or denied loans take until they receive a decision?
-
How many members versus non-members are applying in each credit score range?
-
What is the high/low and average score of applications for mortgages (or other loan categories)?
-
What similarities can are their of pending applications from your lowest credit score tier versus a higher score?
-
What is the number of loans you need to look at to book a loan (ratio)?
Some of the statistics you find on this dashboard are similar to what you will find on the Activity Tracking dashboard; however, because this dashboard eliminates all loan applications with a credit score greater that 999 and less than zero, results between the two dashboards may vary slightly.
Using this Screen
At the top of this screen view the filters that were selected on the previous screen. To view specifically what was selected, use the Filters button to reveal a screen showing the detail.
Pending, denied, and booked applications that meet the selection criteria are displayed broken down by credit score range. The dashboard shows the number and amount of applications and their percentage by credit score range. Use the Show #App/Show $Amt (F8) button to toggle between these views. The average days are also provided. This is the number of days a loan stays in pending status based on the application date (APPLDT in LNAPL3). The ratio of total number of applications to total applications is also provided. This data defaults to show data on members and non member. View a description of specifically how each column is calculated below in the Columns section below.
-
Use the next to the specific data group to view a screen listing the applications included in that group. This screen allows you to do further analysis using the Common Bonds analysis tools.
