This screen is available via Rate Inquiry, Loan Quoter, and Loan Request features. This screen is accessed during the loan product configuration flow by selecting "Procedures" on the Loan Product Configuration Option screen. It is also part of the screen flow when creating a new loan product. It can also be accessed by selecting the procedures icon within Tool #506 Member Rate Maintenance.

This screen lets you view or modify procedures and other notes associated with a specific credit union product (shares, certificates, or loans) or task (such as posting wire transfers) or other feature (such as assigning Membership Designations).
When you have completed your entries on this screen, use the Save Changes button to save changes, then use the backup button to exit the screen.
From Loan Product Configuration
Use this to create a list of procedures for opening this account or a checklist of tasks that should be completed when opening the actual account. Add items such as forms to be filled out, signatures needed, and related paperwork to be given to the member, to make sure the 'i's are dotted and 't's are crossed according to credit union procedures.
Methods to Use this Screen
There are two methods for displaying procedures for your staff. You can use either or both as needed. If you choose to use both, CBX will display your designated link automatically. When the browser window is closed, the user will then see the procedure tips entered.
Method 1: Link To an Existing Web Site or Intranet Page
If you have already set up a page on your Intranet or your public website that contains the procedures your staff will need, use the URL link field to enter the address of this page. Use a format like this:
www.abccu.com (a website)
https://192.168.1.11/insideabccu/msr.htm (an intranet page)
To verify that this link will work, click the arrow button on the right side of the field. A browser will open, and you will be navigated to the site. Case-sensitive URLs can be entered if necessary.
Method 2: Enter Tips Manually Here
If you do not have a website or Intranet page, use the Comments lines to enter up enter the tips here. Up to 99 lines of free-form text can be entered. Use the Roll keys to display additional lines.

Copying Tips from Another Product
If you have already entered procedures on another product, you can copy them into this product so you do not have to retype them! Just use Copy Procedures. Learn more.
Copying Tips from the “Talking Points” Library
If you want to pull in text from a library of Talking Points, use Talking Points and select from the master library. You can append the paragraphs to the end of what you've already entered or replace your text with text from the library. Learn more about Talking Points.
