Add/Change Loan Sales Message on Rate Board

These steps explain how to add or change the sales message that appears for a particular loan product on the rate board displayed in It's Me 247 Online Banking.

• The purpose of this message is to describe the loan and get the member excited about the product.

1. Launch Tool #470 Loan Product Configuration.

2. Select the loan product from the list on the Loan Product Configuration selection screen.

3. Select theChange option.

4. Check the box beside Online Banking on the Loan Product Configuration Options screen.

5. Click the forward arrow.

6. Type a new sales message in the Rate board teaser field on the Online Banking screen.

7. Click the forward arrow.
