Add Promotional Rate to Online Credit Card

These steps explain how to add a promotional rate to an individual member's online credit card.

1. Launch Tool #12 Update/Order Online Credit Cards.

2. Enter the Account base or Card # on the Account/Card Lookup screen.

3. Click the forward arrow.

4. Select the card you wish to update on the Credit Card Maintenance (Update) screen.

5. Choose the Rate Maint option.

6. Select the Charge Type (bucket) you wish to update on the first Rate Maintenance (Change) screen.

7. Choose the Select option.

8. Click Add on the second Rate Maintenance (Change) screen.

9. Enter 'S' (special rate) in the Change reason field on the Rate Maintenance pop-up.

10. In the New rate field, enter the promotional rate.

11. In the Comment field, enter a description of the promotional rate.

12. In the Effective date field, enter the date on which you'd like the promotional rate to take effect.

13. Click Refresh.

14. Click the forward arrow.
