Change Employee Type Code

These steps explain how to change the employee type code on a member account.

  • These instructions can be used in situations where a credit union employee is also a member or connected to a member in some way (family member, etc.).

  • This code is an optional information flag that can be used in conjunction with employee security to control an employee's access to the system.

  1. Launch Tool #15 Update Membership Information.

  2. Enter the account number on the Membership Maintenance pop-up.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

  4. Click the forward arrow again to move past the first Update Membership screen.

  5. Enter the desired code in the Employee Type field on the second Update Membership screen.

  6. Click the forward arrow.
