Change Member Miscellaneous Information

These steps explain how to change a member's miscellaneous information.

  • Follow your credit union's fraud-prevention procedures to verify the member's identity prior to changing any personal information.

  • The miscellaneous information that can be changed using these steps includes:

    • Cell number

    • Work number

    • Fax number

    • Email address

    • Preferred contact method

    • License number

    • Mother's maiden name

    • Code word

    • Marital status

    • Birth date

  1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your home screen.

  2. Enter the member's account number on the Search for Active Members screen.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

  4. Click Name/Address on the main Member Inquiry screen.

  5. Enter your employee ID and password on the Member Name and Address File Maintenance pop-up.

  6. Click the forward arrow.

  7. On the Address, DBA, & Other Maintenance screen, click the forward arrow to move to the next screen.

  8. Make the desired changes on the Member Misc. Information Maintenance screen.   

  9. Click the forward arrow.
