Determine Available Balance at Time of Transaction
To determine a member's available balance at the time of a transaction, review the transaction history as well as the uncollected and secured funds history.

Review the transaction history of the account, specifically the available balance at the time of the transaction and the secondary transaction description for available balance information.

Review the uncollected-funds holds (including check holds) and the uncollected funds holds history (for holds that were placed earlier that may have affected previous transactions).

Review the secured-funds holds (including pledged holds) and the secured funds holds history (for holds that were placed earlier that may have affected previous transactions).
