Generate PDF Report from Spool File

These steps explain how to generate and print a PDF of a CBX report that was sent to a spool file.

• NOTE: The report will additionally route through normal OUTQ routing to CU*Spy

1. When generating your report in CBX, send it to the MONTHxx output.

2. Select the report in your spool file list and choose View as PDF.

   • NOTE: Select up to nine reports that are less than or equal to 1000 pages. For more than 1000 pages, print the reports to CU*Spy using the instant report feature instead.

3. The report will open in your default PDF browser viewer. Print or view the report as needed.
