Waive Certificate Penalty

These steps explain how to waive a certificate penalty while redeeming a certificate (step 7).

1. While redeeming a certificate, click Penalty Calculator on the Certificate of Deposit Redemption screen.

2. Enter 0 in the Days to calculate field on the CD Penalty Calculator pop-up.

3. Enter 0 in the Penalty amount field.

4. Click Accept Penalty.
