This screen appears when you use Credit Report Detail (F9) on the Credit Report – Summary screen (application) or Credit Report – Summary for household maintenance.
Why am I seeing all 9s in fields on this screen? What are the affected tables?
Understanding the Credit Report Information Screens
-
For details on reading the collections section of both TransUnion and Equifax credit reports, see Appendix C of the CU*BASE Online Credit Bureau Access: User Guide.
This screen displays the detailed credit information in a human-readable format. The layout may look very much like the reports you receive now, but because you will be pulling a “wholesale” report direct from the national database, there will be some variations in layout and format. (Refer to your credit bureau's reference material for instructions on how to read and interpret the report format.)
You can use the “Position to Section” and “Position to Trade Line” drop-down menus to move directly to the section of the report you want to view. You can also use the scroll bar to the right of the screen.
NOTE: The data on this screen will be stored online for only 60 days (or your credit union's configured retention period), so it is possible for summary data to exist on the other credit report screens while this screen will be blank.
-
To completely exit the loan application use the up arrow (F7)l to return to the Loan Recap screen.
-
Use Analysis (F8) to return to the Credit Report – Summary screen and to remain in the loan application screens. (Or use the backup arrow).
-
Use View Decision (F10) to view the results of the decision model.
-
To print a hard copy of the information on this screen, use Print (F14).
