Screen Overview
These screens are used to view, maintain, and add e-Alert (and e-Notice) subscriptions for credit union members.
Remember that members can do the same thing themselves in online banking. These screens are intended to allow an MSR to access the member's settings while working with the member over the phone or in person.
To add these to a member in CU*BASE, first select the account suffix, then select to add a type of eAlert to the member's account.
Available Alert Types

Alert Type |
Description |

Account Balance (AB) |
To add an e-Alert that an account balance has fallen below a certain amount, select this option to move to the next screen. |
|
ACH (AC) |
To add a reminder that an ACH transaction has been made, select this option to move to the next screen. |
|
Daily Balance Notify (DB) |
To deliver an daily reminder of current and available balance for the selected account, select this option to move to the next screen. |
|
Daily # of Transactions (DC) |
To alert the member when a configured daily threshold of deposit or withdrawal transactions are reached, select this option to move to the next screen. |
|
Daily Transaction Amount (DD) |
To alert the member when a configured daily dollar amount of deposit or withdrawal transactions are reached, select this option to move to the next screen. |
|
Loan Payment Due (LN) |
This option is available when selecting a loan suffix in the account suffix lookup. To add a reminder that a loan payment is due, select this option to move to the next screen. |
|
eNotices (NP) |
To enroll the member in eNotices, select this option to move to the next screen. |
