Access this screen by selectingEmployee Security Maintenance Report from the previous screen.
On this screen, optionally select an employee on which the maintenance was performed. Enter an optional date range as well. Press Enter to generate the summary listing of changes to the following recorded in the SECMAINT file.

Profile and Special Security: This controls employee access to special CU*BASE features such as opening and closing accounts and is configured using Update Special Security on the Employee Security screen.

Account Security: Configured in CU*BASE using employee type codes and Update Account Security on the Employee Security screen. This controls which accounts an employee access and perform Inquiry, Maintenance and Posting. These restrictions are made using Insider/Employee Type codes, but can be overridden by employee on an account basis. Learn more about Insider/Employee Type codes.

Assigned Tools: Configured on the Employee Security dashboard (using "All Tool Assignments" (F2) or "Assign Tools to this Employee" on the Employee Security screen) and controls which tools the employee has access to.

NOTE: Data for the SECMAINT file is available from the date the 11.0 Release was implemented at the credit union (April 17, 2011 for online credit unions, May 8, 2011 for CU*Northwest/CU*South credit unions and May 10 for self-processors.)
