Printing Generic e-Loan Forms

These conditions need to be in place for to print the generic e-Loan documents. These loan forms can be selected from the following screens: Printing Loan Forms, Printing a Loan Application, and from the Loan Creation screen.

  • NOTE:  This configuration method may not apply to all credit unions.  If you are not sure which method you are using, contact Lender*VP for assistance.

Generic e-Loan Forms include: the generic 5-page Loan Application, the Short-form loan application, the Loan Officer Worksheet, and the Denial Notices (both loan denials and miscellaneous member service denial notices. Additionally, you can print the blank loan forms via an eDOC printer.

In order to print generic e-Loan

  • ProDOC installation is required.

  • An eDOC printer must be configured in the Device configuration screen. An eDOC printer must have a Type of E = eDOC. It is necessary to create a separate printer for each workstation so that loan forms do not print to another’s print session. Additionally, a printer session must be created to associate with this printer and the credit union iSweep Appliance.

  • This eDOC printer may be configured to be the default printer on the workstation configuration.

When the screens containing the loans are accessed:

  • If the eDOC printer is configured as the default printer, only the e-Loan forms will appear. The user can then select to print the form and it will appear in ProDOC. If the user selects a non-eDOC printer, the user will then be able to view the loan forms that are not e-Loan forms, and will be able to print them to the standard laser printer selected.

  • If a non-eDOC printer is configured as the workstation printer, only the non-e-Loan forms will appear on the screen, and the user can print the forms to the standard laser printer selected. By selecting a eDOC printer, the user will then be able to view the e-Loans, and the user can then select the forms. When printed, the loan will then appear in ProDOC.
