This table (file) contains information on credit union members that belong to marketing clubs.

Collections information table (file), which contains information on delinquent loans, negative balance accounts, and overdrawn lines of credit.

Member Account Comment table, which holds unique text regarding members or their accounts, whether system-generated or entered by the credit union, such as teller warnings, delinquent loan warnings, dormancy messages etc. This information is stored by account base number, but has a reference account if the message is specific to a particular account suffix.  

This table (file) is a credit score history table (file) and gives a brief overview of any time a score is pulled or updated, including information on the time the report was requested, the Employee ID making the request, and the type of request: Full (i.e. during loan creation), soft (i.e. when a credit union requests a custom import of credit scores, or manual (i.e. when a manual entry is made on the Open End Loan Contract screen. Refer also to the Credit Score History Dashboard.

Pre-approvals for services offered by the credit union based on credit data compared to the CU-defined approval matrix.

There is one record for each member who has/had an IRA account each year and a unique record for each type of IRA plan (traditional, education, Roth, conversion Roth, SEP).

General information for current active member accounts (memberships), including name, address, Social Security number, birthdate, etc. Closed memberships reside in this table only for the day in which they are closed. End-of-day processing then moves the closed records to the MSHIST table, which archives closed memberships.

This table contains additional information about current members, including previous address, driver's license, marital status, etc.

This view combines the MASTER table and the ACHIST1-5 tables allowing you to Query current members who have closed accounts.

This view contains data on loans included in both MEMBER5 and MEMBER6, as well as some key fields in MASTER (including member name, DBA name, and organizational or individual status).

Closed-end loan account information for current, active accounts. (See also ACHIST5.) Paid off closed end loans reside in this table only for the day in which they are paid off.  End-of-day processing then moves these records to ACHIST5, which archives paid off closed end loan accounts.

Open line-of-credit loan account information for current, active accounts. (See also ACHIST6.) Paid off Open line of credit accounts reside in this table only for the day in which they are paid off. End-of-day processing then moves these records to ACHIST6, which archives paid off open line-of-credit loans.

This table (file) contains Mini Loan Contract Information.

This table (file) contains Loan payment history which holds all loan payment changes made to a loan.

This table (file) contains Member In Good Standing information.

Miscellaneous receipts table (file), which stores all current-month miscellaneous receipts transactions, regardless of where the transaction originated.

This table (file) contains redeemed savings bond information for the current year. See also SAVBNP for redeemed bonds in the previous year.

This table (file) contains Safety Deposit Box information.

Check Stop Payment table (file), which contains stop payment requests by account number, check number, and amount. If a range of checks was stopped, there is an individual record for each check number in the range.

Employee activity audit table (file), showing access to accounts by credit union and data processor employees.

Used by CU*BASE Employee Security to record employee security profile information (companion to ACTSEC and MNUETASGN).

Archived employee profiles and special security settings (companion to MNUETAHST and ACTSECHST). This is the archived employee equivalent of the SECMAST table.

Secondary names (joint owners and beneficiaries) for accounts in MEMBER1, 2, 3, and 4 (savings, checking, certificate and tax escrow).

Member Tracker Conversation Header table (file). Contains header information for individual tracker conversation notes. Can be up to 9,999 records in this table (file) for every individual record in TKLRHC.

Tracker Conversation Detail File. Contains detail lines for the conversation. Can up be to 99 lines (60 characters each) for every individual record in TKLRDN.

Share and share draft (checking) transaction history for accounts in MEMBER1, MEMBER2, and MEMBER4 tables (file) (savings, checking, IRA, and tax escrow accounts). Contains current month transactions only. Transactions for previous months reside in the HTRANS1 table (file). SEE HTRANS1 below.

Loan transaction history for accounts in MEMBER5 and MEMBER6 tables (files) (loan and open credit accounts). Contains current month transactions only. Transactions for previous months reside in the HTRANS2 table (file). SEE HTRANS2 below.

CD transaction history for accounts in MEMBER3 table (file). This table (file) contains member account transactions for the current month for certificate of deposit accounts. Transactions for previous months reside in the HTRANS3 table (file). See HTRANS3 below.

This table (file) contains scheduled automatic member transfers such as loan payments and IRA distributions.

Uncollected (or check hold) information for share/share draft accounts.

Draft exceptions/returns table (file). This table (file) is cleared when the credit union transmits returns to the processor. A copy of the prior day table (file) resides in XCP1xx table (file) (substitute your credit union's 2-letter credit union ID for the xx).
