Change Club Transfer Account

These steps explain how to change the account to which club funds are transferred upon club expiration.

1. Launch Tool #20 Update Account Information.

2. Enter the member's account number on the Sub-Account Maintenance pop-up.

3. Click the forward arrow.

4. Select the member's club account from the list on the Existing Account Maintenance screen.

5. Click Select.

6. Enter the applicable code in the Club transfer field in the bottom right corner of the Account Information Update (Regular or Sub-Share Account) screen.

   • This code indicates which sub-account club funds are transferred to upon expiration of the club.

   • If needed, add a club transfer indicator.

7. Click the forward arrow.
