Update Delinquency Notices

These steps explain how to edit the fields and text found on delinquency notices.

  1. Launch Tool #258 Configure Laser Notices.

  2. Click the Define Event Details button on the Notice Form Configuration screen.

  3. On the Notice Event Configuration screen, select the delinquency notice you would like to edit.

  4. Click Change.

  5. On the Notice Event Detail Configuration screen, make the necessary changes to the fields that appear on the notice.

    • To remove a certain field from the notice, uncheck the box beside the field name under the Detail column, click N/A under Column, and remove the number in the field under the Line column.

    • To change the side of the page on which a field appears, select Left or Right under Column.

    • To change the order in which the field appears on the notice, enter a different number under the Line column.

  6. Click the forward arrow.

  7. On the Notice Event Text Configuration screen, make the necessary changes to the text that appears on the notice.

    • Use the Spaces After check boxes to adjust spacing of the text.

    • Use the Bold check boxes to adjust the font style.

    • Two lines on this screen equal one line on the printed form.

  8. Click the forward arrow.
