Update Tracker Conversation

These steps explain how to update a Tracker conversation with additional information regarding the member's account.

  1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your home screen.

  2. Enter the member's account number.  

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. Select the desired account.

  5. Click Select.

  6. On the Member Account Inquiry screen, click Tracker Review.

  7. On the Member Tracker Review screen, select the Tracker you'd like to view.

  8. Click Update.

  9. On the Member Tracker Entry screen, click the lookup button beside the Memo type field.

  10. In the Memo Types pop-up, select the reason for the update.

  11. Click Select.

  12. In the box under the Speaking to field, enter any necessary notes related to the update.

  13. Click Save/Continue.

  14. If the update requires follow-up, check the Entry just made requires a follow-up box on the next Member Tracker Entry screen and enter the necessary information.

    • If the entry does not require follow-up, leave this box unchecked.

  15. Click the forward arrow.
