Add ACH Distribution to Existing Record

These steps explain how to add an ACH distribution to an existing ACH record.

  1. Launch Phone Operator by clicking the phone icon on your home page. 

  2. Input the member's account number on the Phone Operator Member Lookup screen.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

  4. Click Go! below the ACH heading in the list of sub-accounts on the Phone Operator account processing screen.  

  5. Select the desired deposit record on the ACH Distribution Maintenance (List by Member Account Base) screen.

  6. Click Update. (This feature is only visible if your credit union allows ACH distributions updates via Phone Operator.)

  7. Click Add Distribution on the ACH Distribution Maintenance (ACH Distribution Listing) screen.

  8. In the Account type field on the ACH Distribution Maintenance screen, input the suffix to which you'd like to make the distribution.

  9. Click the lookup icon beside the Distribution type field and select the desired distribution option (deposit to savings, etc.).

  10. In the Transaction amount field, input the amount of the new distribution.

    • Leave this field blank for loan payments.

  11. Input the start and end dates.

  12. Click Add/Update.
