Screen Overview

This is the first of three screens used to post a wire deposit/withdrawal and wire fee to a member account. Enter the account number and name ID if activated (if coming from the Phone software, these fields already will be completed for you).  Learn more about Name ID configuration.

Then enter the wire amount, choose incoming (deposit) or outgoing (withdrawal), and enter the appropriate posting code.

Use the lookup button next to the Account fields to access the Your Most Recent Accounts Accessed screen, which lists your last ten accounts. NOTE: If the member is on the incoming or outgoing fraud block lists, you will see a warning stopping you from advancing when you use Enter.  Overview: Fraud Block Lists

Click images\magnifyingglasslookup_shg.gif to see a list of your credit union’s configured codes to move directly to the second screen (if selecting an outgoing wire) or the third (if selecting an incoming wire).  NOTE:  If OFAC is activated for outgoing wires, you will first access the OFAC screen prior to the second screen for outgoing wires.  (You can also copy the information from a previous wire for the current member on the second wire screen. Learn more here.)

  • If red flag controls are activated for this feature, you will first advance to the red flag warning message prior to advancing to the OFAC screen (if configured) and then the second screen.

Integration between CU*BASE and your imaging solution

This screen has a link to your imaging solution to further integrate with CU*BASE.  The “Scan e-Document” button is used for scanning a document into your imaging solution.

  • Remember: Only documents warranted by the CU*Spy online vault can be scanned into that vault.

  • Clients with in-house imaging solutions should contact Imaging Solutions for assistance configuring links for use with your vault.
