Screen Overview

Use this entry screen to access configurations related to members banking online at the credit union level. Select the option from the list, then use Select or Enter to move directly to the configuration screen

  • Online/Mobile Web Banking – Select this option to allow your members to open a membership online, view rate board information, contact a credit union employee, and more.

  • Online Banking Password and Security Settings - Select this option to set your password and security settings for It's Me 247 and mobile banking.

  • Text Banking – Select this option for Mobile Text Banking and mobile text alerts.

  • e-Alerts/e-Notices – Select this option to activate e-Alerts and e-Notices at your credit union.

  • A2A Transfers – Select this option to configure Account-to-Account (A2A) transfers for your credit union.

  • PIB – Select this option to activate Personal Internet Branch (PIB) for your credit union, then advance to screens to configure your credit union PIB profile.

  • Helpful links – Select this to enter your configured Related Sites, that members will view while in online banking. These sites can provide members with access to credit-union related services and financial tools.

  • Smart Message – (Not available.)

  • Credit Scores History Sales Text - Select this option to enter instructions and sales messages you'd like members to read on the credit scores history page in online banking.

  • ACH On Demand Posting Services - Select this option to configure your fee and related settings to allow one-time on demand posting of pending ACH deposits for members via phone operator or by members via mobile or online banking..  

  • Contact Us - Select this option to configure your Private Contacts features that allows members to send your credit union secure messages from It's Me 247 or Mobile Banking to CU*BASE. If configured, you can even reply and save the message and reply in a Tracker conversation.
