Ordering a Card for an Authorized User (Credit Card)

These steps explain how to add an authorized user to a credit card loan and order them a plastic.

  1. Launch Tool #51 Miscellaneous Loan Maintenance

  2. Enter the member's account number or use the lookup to access the member's loan account.

  3. Select the member's credit card loan.

  4. On the Additional Loan Information Selection screen, select Additional Signers.

  5. On the Additional Signer Maintenance screen, enter the SSN of the additional signer and select the option, "Authorized user", then use Enter.

  6. On the following screen, enter any relevant information, such as whether or not to report the user to credit bureaus.

  7. Select Update.

  8. Exit the tool.

  9. Launch Tool #12 Update/Order Online Credit Cards

  10. Enter the member's account number, or use the lookup to access the member's loan account.

  11. On the Credit Card Maintenance screen, select "Add New Card"

  12. Select the BIN.

  13. Enter the account suffix and use Enter to fill in the relevant information.

  14. Select Add/Update.

  15. In the Order a Card: Choose Emboss Settings screen, select your appropriate settings.

  16. Select Continue.

  17. On the Order a Card: Choose Names to Emboss screen, enter the authorized user's name, or use the spyglass lookup to select the user.

  18. Select Submit Order.
